A1 - Full Snatch Wave EMOM for 10mins

Work up to 70% of 1 RM Snatch

Start a running clock:

Min 1: 1X4@75%

Min 2: 1X3@80%

Min 3: 1X2@85%

Repeat the wave 3 times

*Going up in weight if you feel good and reps are strong every round. Min 4 will drop back down in weight to 75 or 2-5lbs heavier and starting wave again
