A1 - E2MOM (6 minutes) - 3 sotts presses
A2- E2MOM (6 minutes) - 2 x (1 snatch push press + OHS)
A3 - E2MOM (6 minutes) - 2 Snatch Balance

B1 - 3 Sets - 2 Low Hang Snatches (2" off ground)
       3 Sets - 1 Snatch High Pull + 1 Squat Snatch
       3 Sets - 1 Squat snatch - Build to heavy single

C1 - Back Squat
       Build to heavy 5RM
       Then 3 x 5 @ 90% of above

D1 - 10 Min EMOM
       3-5 Burpee Muscle Ups (even Minute)
       20 DU's + 7 Power Snatches (Odd Minute)
